Half Notes

This studio blog is for families with Miss Heidi's Musikgarten (formerly Kindermusik with Heidi) in Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Lantana, TX and other nearby suburbs. Musikgarten is the most musically sound approach to early childhood music and movement you will encounter. We aim to help children think better, feel emotions better, listen better, and work together better. Research shows that children who participate in music and movement education do better in school and in life.

About Me

My photo
Heidi Day
When i was young, I seemed to have a natural instinct and interest for music and sound, and thankfully my parents took notice and started me in piano lessons when I was 8. I have never “quit”. I have enjoyed music all of my life and an convinced of its ability to calm, enrich, and heal. My work is to help others to see this gift, and plant seeds in the children. I may never see them bloom and bear fruit, but I know the work I do is important and long-lasting work and I trust that it will not return void. I am blessed. Please leave a comment, I'd love to hear from you! Click below for Heidi's Musikgarten website where you can register or find classes offered!
